How long before can i make a reservation with Car2jet?

The reservation with Car2jet can be no later than 24 hours before the check-in, otherwise we can not guarantee the availability of the cars or of the drivers. is there any possibility of delay? How will I be informed of the time?

The Car2Jet driver will inform you about the pick up time no later than the evening before the departure.
The delay margin (before and after) of Car2jet is a maximum of 15 minutes. If the driver is not on the pick up place after 15 minutes, please contact immediately the number of Car2jet who you’ve received at the time of booking.

Do i pay more for transporting extra luggages?

The transport of luggages and one carry-on is included in the price. It’s possible to carry more luggages, but you have to let us know before the transfer if you have massive luggages with you. You may need to calculate two extra bags as a place to sit. The same thing applies to the transport of skis. In case of doubt, please contact our service.

What can I do if my flight delays? Should I tell it to Car2jet?
